I would like to invite everyone to join, We will start in 2 weeks, I hope this gives everyone time to get something together. Start date: 6 October.... This can be a new Mirabilia start or a current WIP (please post photo) with your goal. Set your own goal and post to this thread. The thread will be closed when the contest starts. The contest will end on Nov 15th. Everyone must post a pic to be entered in the final draw. A thread will be opened to post pics near the end of the contest and will be closed at midnight EST on last day. Prizes are: 1st: Mirabilia chart of your choice from my inventory. (I will post a list near the end of the contest) Any charts are available but may have to be ordered. Prizes will include any new charts that are released as well. 2nd: Hidden Treasures FQ hand-dyed fabric. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I look forward to seeing everyone's WIP, I will be joining as soon as I look through my stash and decide what to start. Posts: 137 09/23/10 4:14 AM	I'm in. I recently started spring queen so i will be stitching her. I am a very slow stitcher so my goal is to stitch her yellow dress and IF i finish that within the time frame (I doubt it though) i'll just work my way up. This is my biggest project so i'm very excited! Here is a pic of what i have done so far. Posts: 365 09/24/10 10:45 AM	Congratulations Sue!!! I'm so happy for you!!! I just got married two years ago on October 10th and I had the time of my life! Have a fun time! On a different note, I have a question about the contest.... I am about to finish my TOT Fairy in the next two weeks (if I'll stop falling asleep at 9 when I put my baby to sleep) but I'm in the mood already to start something Christmasy. Problem though, I'm not a fan of any of the Mirabilia Christmas designs. So here is my question, does the project need to be Mirabilia (it would be my first non-mira), or can we do something else. I kind of wanted to do a stocking (which I've read in many places it is the hardest cross stitch some women have ever tackled). Its ok if you say no. I just want to start doing stockings for all of my family (which will take me years to finish, believe me...if I keep getting these unplanned pregnancies). Thank you!!!! Cassie

Posts: 19 09/25/10 6:58 AM	OK, I'm in!! I want to finish stitching Sabrina and be ready for all the beading! She's been with me since the start of April (although I did take a couple of months out to take an exam - to which I amazingly passed 1st time). Hopefully the 15th Nov deadline will keep me inspired. So her she is at the moment. 2010 Finishes, Mira - Sabrina Current WIP - Dimensions, First love wedding record mirabilia: a Latin word meaning marvels, miracles, wonders. - Oh, how true...

I am working on Queen Mermaid right now... but may have most of the stitching done before the contest even starts! Soooo.... my new plan is to stitch at least the DMC of Bluebell. My Mom (RosesInWinter) would love to join in the contest as well... so we may just both stitch Bluebell at the same time. Please add me and my Mom to the list of participants.
