ok, this is going to be long since it's not a straight conversion (swap one color with another through the whole design).
I will post lightest color to darkest:

I didn't change the blue or any of the greens.
Cranberry colors are used for: Cuffs on sleeve, the "flowers" on the big belt thing, bug on top of the mushroom, and the wide trim on the bottom of the skirt.
Creams: Main part of dress and the bodice part of the top. They were also part of the bunny's new colors.
Antique Purple: replaces the ugly mushroom colored scarf things at her waist, the tops of mushrooms, the bug at the bottom, and the trim on the big belt (minus the lightest one since only 2 colors were used).
All backstitch that was 202hl now 002 EXCEPT on the pink cuffs and around the neck.
150V braid = 5004
Backstitching around neck (that was 202hl), the green lines down the big leaves on her midsection, the gold lines on the pink cuff (was 202hl), and the edge of the braid at the bottom of the skirt (was 150V) is 008HL.
Eyeshadow blend 1 strand of each: 369 and 3770 (she looked like a @%##+* if it wasn't blended).

Middle part of the big belt: are the purple blues used everywhere else in the chart - 341, 340, and 3746.
Little leaves on cream skirt: the dark pink ones are: 008HL down the middle with 3346 on the sides. The lighter orange ones are: 015 braid down the middles with 164 on the sides.
Lips are 3688.
All the 938 backstitch is still 938.
Beads
00374 = 02012
02038 = 02005
03021 = same
French Knots (I don't like them.... and replace them with petite beads every chance I get) = 42038
I lef the beads/FK off the bottom & top edge of the big belt thing. They didn't show up so why bother?
