yep Ive started as well, it arrived yesterday and i started last night (ive had about 24hrs on it) and am loving it, ive done mine a bit different to the other
2 wips ive seen, i started in the middle and just whent with the flow, it is sooooo sparkly, ive used more kreinik than DMC!!
im using 32ct opal lugana and have to say its really tight for the beads and im having to adjust the number of beads used to make them lie properly so 28 would have been better but Im happy with how shes coming along.

That tail is 50/50 beads and stitching! I love her "hip fins", the colors are great.
