I had a WONDERFUL surprise in my mailbox today: 2 envelopes, one from the UK and the other one from a small village in Alsace (France).
In the 1st envelope, from Polstitches was my fabric for "The Queen of Fairies" by PR, that I will stitch for my DD's with a conversion in HDF silks.
Here is the fabbie:
It's not exactly what I was expecting, but you never have waht you expect with hand-dyed fabrics ;-) And I'm really happy with this one :-D
And here is what I found in the 2nd envelope : My 2 fabbies from Tissage Gander.
They are so smooth, shiny and soft! It will be such a pleasure to stitch on them! My fingers are itching to stitch on the blue one, but I'm still waiting for the right floss to go with it (I think I found it :-D).
