Well, like my other images, this one suffers from being pretty washed out. Below is Lilly, stitched on Silkweaver's Turning Leaves 28ct evenweave (you can see the orange in the upper right corner and while it lightens up down the piece of fabric, it doesn't lighten up THAT much!). I love this one the best so far, even though it's more brown than I expected and the orange fabric gives it a really fall-like feeling! This one had so few beads that I was able to finish it up,...

Well, as I've been whining loudly, I'm home recovering from knee surgery and I made the pixies and the Christmas Eve Couriers my recovery projects. The Couriers have been stagnant, but I'm making decent progress on the Pixies. I've done everything on the two below EXCEPT the beading, which will come 1. when I can sit like a normal human again or 2. I figure out some way to bead that I am comfortable with.

Everyone has been doing such a great job on their goals.

It has been fun watching them all come to life.

Since the contest is nearly over, I will give everyone till Nov 3 to get their final pics posted.
On 4 Nov I will have DS draw a name from the hat for the winner.

I would like to make one addition to the prize as well. Since Day Nymph and Night Nymph came out at the same price as the Pixies they will also be on the list of choices for prize.

Sign up till Sept 30th. Start stitching on Oct 1st. All mods and admin are welcome to participate as well.
This can be a new start or a current WIP (please post photo if WIP).
Set your own goal and complete that goal to be in the drawing.
Contest will be short as these are small designs, ENDING Oct 31st.

Everyone that completes their goal will be in a drawing.

Hello all.... I have just started stitching 'Bluebell' and already have a question..... there is a list of 4 backstitch colors for various parts of the chart...... but there is backstitching lines on the bluebells at the very top of the chart with no color for it...... on the picture it looks to be a blue, but I am hoping someone has figured this out.....

Hello all..... I have ordered this new pixie and will be going to Jacksonville, FL on Friday to shop..... I am hoping to get the threads I may be missing since I have no shops nearby my home in Live Oak, FL..... they have a Joann's and a Michael's where we stop to eat and if I can get the list I'll be able to get the threads..... we are about 90 miles from Jacksonville, so it would be great if someone could help.....

Here is my completed Lilac Spring Garden pixie by Nora:

She is stitched on SMF Sun Dappled Glade 32 ct Belfast Linen. I was surprised at how many beads were in this one..you really can't tell from the chart photo. She's just gorgeous in real life!

Hi all!

I'm working on the wings and the shawl for Daisy and I cannot, for the life of me, find the symbol for 3865 anywhere on the chart. Does anyone know if the color is a mistake and shouldn't be included? Or am I just blind?
